Scientific Competition organised by the Federal Bailiffs’ Service of the Russian Federation
To discover the creativity of student youth, preserve the intellectual potential of young scientists, support and develop the interest of new generations of lawyers on the problems of Russian enforcement proceedings and enforcement execution of judicial acts in foreign countries, Federal Bailiffs’ Service of Russia integrally with the All-Russian State University of Justice annually since 2009 holds the competition of scientific works devoted to the history of formation and development of the modern institution of Judicial Officers in Russia and foreign countries.
The winners are awarded with diplomas FBS of Russia. The papers of winners are published in the collection of the best scientific works of the Competition and also in «The Bulletin of the Federal Bailiffs' Service of Russia», popular Russian science magazine «Man and Law», scientific and practical journal «The practice of enforcement proceedings» and «The Herald of the enforcement procedure», printed publications of All-Russian State University of Justice and its affiliates, other Russian universities.
The competition is open to students, graduates and adjuncts of educational institutions.
