On 18 October 2019, the meeting of the representatives of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus and the Chamber of Judicial Officers of the Czech Republic took place in Prague, Czech Republic.
During the course of the visit, the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Belarus Andrei Avdeev and the president of the Chamber of Judicial Officers of the Czech Republic Vladimír Plášil signed a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus and the Chamber of Bailiffs of the Czech Republic.
The signature of the Memorandum provides a basis for the cooperation between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus and the Chamber of Judicial Officers of the Czech Republic in form of exchanging expert knowledge for the purpose of improving legislation and organising the work of enforcement bodies, exchange of information, analytical and reference materials, regulatory legal acts and organising events influencing the common interests.
The Deputies of the Ministry of Justice of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus also took part in roundtable talks discussing the questions of enforcement of decisions issued by foreign courts and other bodies outside of the European Community, and exchanged views and information on the process of enforcement in various countries.
Following the results of the events the participants took in consideration high efficiency of such meetings and the focus of further interaction and cooperation aimed at the improvement of the enforcement bodies of Belarus and the Czech Republic.
