The European Forum of the Legal Professions is an innovative initiative designed to foster structured dialogue among the various legal professions across Europe. This Forum offers a collaborative platform for legal practitioners to address shared challenges, analyse pertinent issues, and develop joint positions on key legal matters.

The Academy of European Law (ERA) serves as a facilitator for this inter-professional exchange, encouraging collaboration between different sectors of the legal community. Through this evolving project, the Forum aims to provide an annual space where the latest trends and concerns can be discussed. Each year, the Forum’s members come together to tackle topics of common interest, with a focus on the most pressing legal developments.

We are excited to announce the 3rd Annual Conference of the Forum, titled “Improving Justice through Innovation: From Challenges and Needs to Best Practices”. This year’s conference will explore the ways in which legal innovations can enhance justice systems across Europe, addressing both the challenges faced and the practical solutions already in place.

The conference will take place both in Brussels and online on November 8th. It promises to bring together leading legal professionals, academics, and innovators to share insights and discuss forward-thinking strategies to improve justice in today’s evolving legal landscape.

We invite all interested members of the UIHJ and UEHJ to join us for this important event.

Let’s continue to work together in shaping a more innovative and efficient future for European justice!
