The Dutch Royal Chamber of Judicial Officers (KBvG) has developed a model for civil proceedings which provides substantial cost savings for the Dutch judiciary.

In November 2012, the KBvG obtained for this project the VVCM / MaxCredible Creditmanagement innovation award.

It should be reminded that the Filter Model underlines the central role of the judicial officer as early as possible in the procedure.

In addition to the article on our website the UIHJ now publishes the report prepared by the KBvG on the Filter Model.
