Alphonse Kibakala, knight of the national Congolese devotion order
On 15 August 2002, by appointment of the president of the Republic of Congo, our colleague Alphonse Kibakala, enforcement agent in Pointe-Noire (Congo), deputy-member of UIHJ, was made knight of the national Congolese devotion order.
