Presentation of Cadat Projects in Nairobi
On 8 and 9 November 2012, the UIHJ presented in Nairobi (Kenya) its Cadat projects for the region of southern Africa.
The UIHJ was represented by Johan Fourie, sheriff (South Africa), Permanent Delegate of the UIHJ for Southern Africa. During the conference in Cape Town in May 2012, the project Cadat for the harmonization of the profession in Africa has been reactivated. A steering committee was formed. The steering committee prepared a questionnaire especially suitable for the countries of the region from the Grand questionnaire of the UIHJ.
It is in this context that the mission was successfully carried out. The meeting included representatives from Burundi, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, South Africa, South Sudan and Tanzania.
Answers to questions will be collected and used as a basis for the continuation of the project in 2013.
