The President and the Vice-President of the UIHJ presented there the action of the UIHJ and answered the numerous questions asked by the participants of the meeting. They then inquired about the organization of enforcement in Israel. The exchanges were fruitful and a draft cooperation agreement was handed over to Tomer Moskowitz.
The delegation of the UIHJ then went to Tel Aviv to meet the representatives of the Bar Association. They indicated that lawyers in Israel can be responsible for enforcing court decisions.
The meeting took the form of an exchange of questions and answers from both sides. This first contact was very informative.
