Opening of the Extranet website of the UIHJ

The UIHJ Extranet website is created for the attention of the heads and members of the delegations of the Member States of the UIHJ as well as the members of the UIHJ Club. The bilingual site (French/English) aims at:
- Supporting and reinforcing communication between judicial officers who are members of the UIHJ Club. It allows the members to find out about each other, to communicate and to meet, in particular within the framework of the creation of networks, by means of an international electronic Directory.
- Giving its members a complete data centre gathering the essence of national and international legislations concerning the occupation of judicial officer, civil and enforcement procedure: European regulations, Council of Europe, Ohada, Hague Conference of Private International Law, Ali/Unidroit, etc. It enables its members to be informed of the evolution of international legislation, of the works of the UIHJ, as well as of the internal legislation of the Member States. It also gives reports of the work in progress of the UIHJ and some of the files of the UIHJ
- Informing the members of the events organised by the UIHJ and allowing them to find and file all enrolment forms relating to the various events organized by the UIHJ
- Giving its members a French/English bilingual discussion forum on all questions relating to the occupation of judicial officer, civil and enforcement procedures
- Enabling the consultation of the UIHJ Newsletters

Discussion Forum: opened to the members of the UIHJ, the Discussion Forum is a French/English bilingual area on all questions relating to the occupation of judicial officer in the world, covering all its aspects: procedure, enforcement, specific details of a law, trans-national service of documents and enforcement, national and international legislations. It enables the member to quickly obtain the requested information.

What is the UIHJ Club?

The UIHJ Club is exclusively reserved for the judicial officers and equivalent professions (enforcement agents, Procuradores, Solicitadores, Messengers-at-Arms, Legal receivers, etc.).

It was created in 2005 to enable its members to be personally concerned by the works of the UIHJ and to profit from various advantages.

When becoming a member of the UIHJ Club (contribution of 100€ per year from 1st January to 31st December), you profit from the following advantages:

How to join the UIHJ Club?

with your payment of 100€ and an ID type photo.

You will benefit from the above advantages from 1st January to 31st December 2008 and will receive your card within thirty days of the reception of your form and payment, after confirmation from your regulation authority (National Chamber or Order, etc.) that you are a registered judicial officer or equivalent.
