Participation of the UIHJ in a meeting at the Ministry of Justice in the Context of the Moroccan Judicial Reform in Rabat, on 4 and 5 June 2012
The UIHJ was invited to attend a meeting organized by the Ministry of Justice of Morocco in Rabat as part of the reform of the Moroccan judicial system.
The meeting took the form of a large round table where professionals and members of civil society have been led to speak in turn.
Abdelaziz Fouganni, Vice-President of the National Order of Moroccan Judicial Officers presented the difficulties in the enforcement of court decisions and especially during the garnishment of bank accounts. Françoise Andrieux, General Secretary of the UIHJ presented the UIHJ and the model of judicial officer it promotes.
