The launch of the National School of Legal Proceedings in Tunisia
For several months now the experts from the French National Chamber of enforcement agents and the French National School of Procedure (ENP) in Paris having been working under the IUJO and in permanent collaboration with our Tunisian colleagues to set up the ENP in Tunis.
Putting the protocol agreement signed in Paris in September 2003 into practice, Presidents Skander for Tunisia and Abel Pansard for the French National school of procedure of Paris, started off the first training sessions for Tunisian executives who themselves will be responsible for training their colleagues under the structure provided by the ENP of Tunisia.
The ENP of Tunisia is no longer a mere distraction, for several months now speakers have been travelling far and wide to put into force the rules of the new Order that will oblige each Tunisian judicial officer to take specific training courses.
The Paris ENP's participation consisted in making its technical structures used by trainee personnel and French judicial officer trainees available to Tunisian trainers during the sessions held in Paris last March.
Our studious Tunisian colleagues, ever thirsty for knowledge, took advantage of these highly technical programmes to refine their mastery of group pedagogy where applied to professionals in the same line of business.
Credit for the success of the operation must also be go to the ENP of Paris (Jean-Paul Spinelli, Stéphanie Gensollen), who worked alongside Abel Pansard, and took the fist steps in the venture inspired by the IUJO where training is a top priority.
