UIHJ Permanent Council in Paris - France (25-26 November 2004)
Like every year at the same time, more than 40 UIHJ delegations convened in Paris to attend the Permanent Council.
The Permanent council is the highest UIHJ authority after the Congress. Its role is to enforce the resolutions adopted by the Congresses. The agenda is as follows:
