6th European Training Day of Judicial Officers
6th European Day Training of Judicial Officers in Brussels on 15 March 2013
For the sixth consecutive year the UIHJ organizes a training day for the attention of the European judicial officers.
The seminar will be held on 15 March 15 2013 at the Bedford Hotel, 135 rue du Midi, Brussels (Belgium).
The program includes :
- The judicial officer and mediation - European Directive 2008/52/EC of 21 May 2008
- The recast of the Brussels I Regulation
- Annual review of European jurisprudence concerning the profession of judicial officer
- Annual review of European legislation on the profession of judicial officer
