151st Anniversary of the Institute of Judicial Officers of the Russian Federation
On 1 November 2016, the Federal Service of Judicial Officers of the Russian Federation celebrated the 151st Anniversary of the Institute of Judicial Officers in Moscow.

Françoise Andrieux, President of the UIHJ, was invited to this important event by Artur Parfenchikov, Director General of the Federal Service of the Judicial Officers of the Russian Federation
The ceremony began with the swearing in of the new promotion of the judicial officers to which Françoise Andrieux was able to address by welcoming them among the judicial officers from all over the world.
Then was the solemn moment of the blessing of the Federal Service flag inside the magnificent Cathedral of Christ the Savior of Moscow.
The afternoon was devoted to the signing of a bilateral agreement between the National Chamber of Judicial Officers of France, represented by its President Patrick Sannino, and its Vice-President Patrick Safar, and the Federal Service of Judicial Officers in the presence of the president of the UIHJ.
Artur Parfenchikov underlined the action of the UIHJ which thus makes it possible to bring together member countries around common actions.
