The agreement provides a scientific contribution of both parties to work for national and cross-border procedures in relation to EU law and in particular cross-border service and application of Regulation 1393/2007 which has already been the subject of extensive studies in the University of Valencia and is also the topic of the Stobra 2 workshop of the UIHJ (cross-border service of documents: http://www.uihj.com/ Focus tab ) which our colleague Luis Ortega is in charge of within the board of the UIHJ.
