The President of the General Council of the Judiciary and the Supreme Court, Gonzalo Moliner, chaired the ceremony of the Quality of Justice Award 2012 in the presence of foreground Spanish authorities and judicial dignitaries. These prestigious awards recognize the on-going efforts to improve the quality of the Law on Public Service.
The General Council of Spanish Procuradores received the award in the category "Transparency of Justice" for all the upgrades that have been conducted in several web projects, with an emphasis on security, confidentiality and integrity of all communications. In the words of its president, Juan Carlos Estevez Novoa, "We have been working for 25 years on new technologies, we have achieved good results and we have great future projects."
The ceremony was covered by numerous media. Leo Netten, President of the UIHJ attended the event. The UIHJ extends its warm congratulations to the General Council of Procuradores of Spain and its president, Juan Carlos Estevez Novoa, for this high distinction.
