Publication of the European Regulation on the Account Preservation Order

The European Regulation of 15 May 2014 on the Account Preservation Order was published on the Official Journal of the European Union on 27 June 2014

REGULATION (EU) NO 655/2014 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL OF 15 MAY 2014 establishing a European Account Preservation Order procedure to facilitate cross-border debt recovery in civil and commercial matters was published at the Official Journal of the European Union OJUE No L 189, 27 June 2014, p. 59

The regulation shall apply from 18 January 2017, with the exception of Article 50, which shall apply from 18 July 2016.
