Four trainees and two offices

In accordance with the Co-operation charter that was signed on 17 December 2005 between the Enforcement department service of the ministry of Justice of Thailand and UIHJ and in relation with the adhesion of Thailand at UIHJ, the first four Thai Judicial officers went to France for a training seminar and were greeted in Marseilles by the members of the International Unit of the French national school of procedure: Françoise Andrieux, Rose-Marie Bruno and Stéphane Gensollen.

The seminar took place in two offices in Marseille, at Gensollen and Larrieu and at Rampin, Benedetti and Arbousset, with the helpful collaboration of Aurélie and Deborah.
Our four Thai colleagues (three women and one man) became aware of the powers given to the French judicial officer, of its capacity to take initiatives, as well as of the high technology of his services and of his general organisation (especially from the administrative and accountancy sides).

Real cases in Camargue

Our colleagues followed a series of real cases : attachment of tangible goods, attachment of bank accounts, statements of facts, movable and immovable sell (Françoise Andrieux).
In addition, Mr Avazzeri, judicial administrator made a presentation of the collective procedures that we know are a part of the judicial officers' activities in Thailand and who are specialists in the field.

At the term of their stay in Provence, the trainees received a certificate and were invited to discover the Camargue under the assistance of Rose Bruno, who is always ready to present the magnificent  environment that surrounds her.
