Yves Martin at the head of the French Enforcement agents
The UIHJ salutes the work accomplished by Jean-Claude Belot to defend and promote the profession of enforcement agent both in France and on the International stage and thanks him for his unfailing support for the actions led by our organisation.
An exemplary career in the service of the profession
Yves Martin takes over from Jean-Claude Belot for the years 2004 and 2005. Mr Martin Q.C. has long worked in the service of his profession. Born in 1939 and qualified as a enforcement agent since 1968, Yves Martin has been President of the Departmental Chamber of Enforcement Agents of Pas-de-Calais (Northern France) from 1983 to 1986, and President of the Regional Chamber of Enforcement Agents of the Court of Appeal of Douai in 1994 and 1995. He has belonged to the Committee of the National Chamber of Enforcement Agents since 1995, in which he has successively been a member, treasurer and Vice President.
Total support for the actions led by the UIHJ
Henceforth Mr Martin Q.C. has the difficult task of continuing and developing the actions undertaken by the committee of his predecessor. For 2 years, our colleague Mr Martin holds the destiny of the French enforcement agents in his hands. In his inaugural speech, he affirmed his total support for the actions led by the UIHJ. We wish him all the best for this adventure which will crown a very full professional career.
